  • Practical Contracting Advice: This panel will focus on an attorney’s practical considerations of advising clients, whether representing a landlord, vendor, banker, or grower.
  • Intellectual Property & Licensing: This provides an introduction to the legal issues involved in intellectual property (IP) licensing among companies operating in the highly-regulated cannabis industry.
  • Consumer Protection: This part will explore putting safety first in consumer protection for this emerging industry through trademarks, advertising, product liability and product recall.
  • Selling Securities: This segment will provide attorneys with an overview of the factors to consider when advising clients in the cannabis industry on their capital raising efforts.
